UPDATE:
After my negative review Zach called me and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. He came and did the job over again, so hopefully it will be a more permanent fix this time. I’ve added 2 stars.

Zach is very quick to respond in the beginning. The first time I called him he came over that day to give me an estimate. His guys came that weekend to do the repair to the roof. They forgot to do part of the job, but I called Zach and he sent them back. A few weeks later I had some wind damage the flashing on the front of the house. Zach came back, gave me an estimate and the work was quickly done. Unfortunately the work was done poorly and a week or two later the flashing was coming off again. The guys came back and tried to repair the damaged flashing by hammering in a dozen more nails instead of replacing it. Needless to say it looked terrible, but the guy said it would never come off. Now almost any amount of wind makes the flashing vibrate so loudly you almost can’t sit out front anymore. I called Zach (and sent him a video of the vibrating flashing) and he promised they’d come back and fix it the right way. That was over a month ago, and he no longer responds to my calls or texts. Avoid them. There are plenty of other guys out there that do better work - and stand by it.

Zach was great and timely. He came by sent me estimate and we scheduled for the next week. Got the work done as hurricane Ida lifted my shingles letting water in the house. As they were getting to work they found multiple areas where the roof had rot. They took photos before and after so I could claim with my insurance that underbid on my repair.
